Dear Cricket Club Member

RE: Notice of the Annual General Meeting

Firstly on behalf of the management committee may I take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Happy New Year. We trust you have enjoyed the Christmas festivities and are looking forward to an exciting year of sport – particularly cricket on the green!

Please be advised of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held in Evenley Village Hall on Sunday 7th February 2010. The meeting will commence at 11.00am sharp and is expected to proceed for around an hour. If you have any particular issues you would like to be added to the agenda then please advise me by no later than January 25^th.

The agenda can be seen on the club website www.evenleycc.com or alternatively a copy can be sent on request. The agenda will also be distributed at the meeting.

We hope that you will be able to support the club. We are committed to improving the club wherever possible and welcome the views and opinions or our playing and non-playing club members alike.

We hope to see all players in attendance.
